Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals, no-shows and unused places in a booking are non-refundable.
If we cancel
Seven County Saunas may cancel or pause sessions because of unsafe weather, equipment failure, staffing, site access or another circumstance outside reasonable control. Where we cancel before a service is supplied, customers will be offered a rescheduled session, account credit or a refund.
If a session is stopped because a participant breaches safety rules, behaves abusively or ignores instructions, a refund or replacement session may not be provided.
